Cohort Terms & Conditions

tmrw.earth is operated by GreenPact B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 67793983 and VAT number NL857176171B01.

These Terms apply to registrations for live online or in-person cohorts, training programmes, workshops and related learning activities provided by GreenPact B.V.

A place is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a registration confirmation.

Prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is calculated during checkout.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any eligibility or certification prerequisites published for the programme.

Except for mandatory statutory rights available to consumers, registrations are non-refundable.

An organisation or participant may substitute another participant without additional charge, provided that:

• GreenPact B.V. is informed in writing before the programme begins; and
• the substitute meets any applicable eligibility requirements.

Requests to transfer a registration to another cohort will be considered individually, are subject to availability and approval, and are not guaranteed.

GreenPact B.V. may change the programme dates, times, trainer, format or delivery arrangements where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the minimum cohort size is not reached;
• a trainer becomes unavailable; or
• circumstances outside GreenPact B.V.’s reasonable control affect delivery.

If GreenPact B.V. cancels a cohort or makes a material date or time change, affected participants may choose either:

• a refund of the programme fee paid; or
• transfer to another available cohort.

GreenPact B.V. is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation or time away from work.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing any required activities.

Participation or completion does not guarantee certification. Certification and examination outcomes remain subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant certification body.

All programme content, presentations, recordings, exercises, templates and course materials remain the intellectual property of GreenPact B.V. or the relevant licensors.

Participants receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for their own learning and professional development. Materials may not be copied, shared, published, recorded, sold, distributed or used to deliver other training without prior written permission.

Participants may not record live sessions unless GreenPact B.V. has given written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, GreenPact B.V.’s total liability relating to a programme is limited to the programme fee paid by the participant.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the tmrw.earth Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
